These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the J&D Premium Floors Solutions website and your request for an estimate. By using this site or submitting the estimate form, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who we are

J&D Premium Floors Solutions is a family owned remodeling business based at 542 Sylvia Rd, West Melbourne, FL 32904, serving West Melbourne and Brevard County, Florida. We are insured.

2. Scope of our services

We provide the following services:

Floor installation, including vinyl plank, laminate, engineered hardwood and tile
Bathroom remodeling, including tile, shower walls, vanities and trim
Baseboard, casing and crown molding installation
Interior painting
Interior and exterior door and window unit installation

We do not perform plumbing or electrical work, and we do not hold ourselves out as a plumbing or electrical contractor. Where a project requires those trades, or requires permitting or inspection that calls for a differently licensed contractor, we will tell you and coordinate our schedule around the professional you engage.

3. Estimates

Estimates are free and carry no obligation. We can quote from photos, video and measurements you provide, or from an on-site visit.

An estimate based on photos or on information you supply assumes that information is accurate and that no hidden conditions exist.
If we discover conditions that were not visible when we quoted, such as subfloor damage, moisture or rot, we will stop, tell you, and provide a revised price for your approval before continuing.
Pricing is generally calculated by the square foot on measurable scope. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise, since material prices move.
An estimate is not a contract. Work begins only after you approve the scope and price.

4. Materials

You may purchase materials yourself or ask us to supply them. We will advise you on which products are appropriate for your space, and that advice is part of our service at no charge.

When you purchase the specific materials we recommend, we stand behind those materials in addition to our workmanship.
When you supply materials we did not recommend, our warranty covers our installation only, not the performance of the product itself.
You are responsible for ordering sufficient quantity, including normal waste for cuts. We will tell you what we calculate you need.

5. Workmanship warranty

We warrant our workmanship for 1 year from the date the work is completed. If something we installed fails because of how we installed it, we will correct it at no cost to you. This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear, fading, scratching or settling
Damage from misuse, accidents, pets, moving furniture or improper cleaning products
Damage from water intrusion, plumbing leaks or electrical issues not caused by our work
Failure of materials you supplied against our recommendation
Work performed or altered by others after we finish

6. Scheduling and access

You agree to provide reasonable access to the work area and to point out anything fragile, valuable or unusual before we start. We move furniture within the work area as part of the job. Weather, material availability and conditions discovered on site can affect the schedule, and we will keep you informed if a date moves.

7. Payment

We accept Zelle, Cash, Check. Financing is available for qualifying projects. Payment terms, including any deposit for materials, are set out in your approved estimate. We do not collect payment through this website.

8. Website content

All photographs on this site are of work performed by J&D Premium Floors. Text, images and design on this site are our property or used with permission and may not be copied or republished without written consent. Project photos show past work and are not a guarantee that your project will look identical, because materials, lighting and site conditions differ.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, our liability arising out of any project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Brevard County, Florida.

11. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The version posted on this page at the time you submit a request is the version that applies.
